2. Do they guarantee their work? One of the main factors people worry about is getting stuck paying for a service they are not happy with. It’s assuring to know that a company will stand by their work without charging you until you are satisfied with the job. A good company will gladly transfer that risk from YOU the customer to themselves the COMPANY.
3. How do they answer the phone? I remember one time calling for a hvac service for my home. After a few rings and unfriendly voice answered the phone… hvac c0mpany: “HELLO???” (said with annoyed voice) Me: “ummmmmmm yeeeeeh is this so and so hvac?” hvac: “yeh what’s up”. Me: “sorry I think I got the wrong number”. I cringe when a company answers like that, it literally gets me worried. If thats how they answer the phone imagine how their service goes!
